Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Flat rate of $12.95 USD
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping (EMS):

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Available for orders over $50 USD
  • Economical option for non-urgent deliveries

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing. We cannot ship to certain remote areas in Asia.

International Shipping

We ship globally (except excluded regions). International customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Ensuring products comply with local regulations

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused in original packaging with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Certain items are non-returnable (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Horse Feed and Treats
  • Horse Licks and Supplements
  • Horse Fly Control products
  • Personal protective equipment (riding helmets, body protectors) with removed tags or signs of use
  • Custom/special order items (unless defective)

Return Process

  • Photos of damaged items (if applicable)

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our equestrian specialists will respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Special handling notes for equestrian gear

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, securely package items with all original accessories and ship to:

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
After inspection:

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and may provide a return shipping label.

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds issued in USD (amount may vary based on exchange rates)
